Clinical Supervisor

New Hope Manor is looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor to manage our clinical staff in the Stabilization and Rehabilitation Programs in Barryville, NY. Candidate must be an Advanced or Master CASAC, and must have completed the OASAS Clinical Supervisor Foundations trainings. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and generous benefit package. Salary is dependent upon license and experience relevant to SUD field.

Shift:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Supervise and provide guidance to all clinical staff Ensure counselors are completing progress reports that are required by counties, treatment courts, and other third parties Facilitate clinical staff meetings Be available for oncall duties, such as receiving calls and providing clinical advisement/direction if physical attendance is not necessary Be a role model for staff; promote a warm, effective, respectful, and mutually supportive work environment

QHP Requirement:

CASAC Advance, minimum of Bachelor's degree, or CASAC Master, minimum of Master's degree New Hope Manor, based in Barryville NY and licensed by the NYS OASAS, offers all-female residential substance use disorder treatment, accepting all women ages 13 and up, including those who are pregnant and those who would like to have their children stay with them while they are in treatment.
