• Peekskill/BOCES-School Schedule-10 or 12 Month Option The School-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) in the assigned school district.

The School-Based Clinician engages with school personnel to assess and coordinate services and participate in activities for students and their families taking place during and after school hours. Essential Duties of Clinician School Based

• Peekskill/BOCES-School Schedule-10 or 12 Month Option Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records Provides at least 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits Promotes integrated, person-centered care Generates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.

e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintains records of communications Serves as an after hours clinician on a rotating basis will be required as scheduled Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice Supports overall strategic plan of the organization Ability to adhere to our organization's core values and commitments Essential Qualifications of Clinician School Based Peekskill/BOCES-School Schedule-10 or 12 Month Option Key qualifications include: Minimum of one-year experience and licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT). NYS

• LMSW or LCSW preferred.
