Responsibilities Safely and accurately process cash and card transactions using our POS system ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation at shift end Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas to meet health standards before closing Manage closing procedures including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and securing cash drawers Assist in maintaining a clean, organized bar environment that complies with food handling and safety standards Support team members during busy hours by providing excellent customer service and promoting sales of beverages and related items Follow all food safety protocols, including proper serving techniques, food handling, and sanitation practices Qualifications Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to efficiently complete closing duties within designated timeframes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, retail math, and basic math skills for cash handling Experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to work independently during closing shifts while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling, beverage preparation, and cleanliness standards Join us as a Closing Bartender if you're passionate about delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service!
