Club Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant nightclub and hospitality venue. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of club management, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a safe, organized, and profitable environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate events, and uphold high standards of customer service. Duties Lead and supervise the club team, including bartenders, servers, security staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events and themed nights to attract diverse clientele and maximize revenue. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, guest safety protocols, and adherence to licensing regulations. Manage guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately, oversee cash handling procedures, and maintain financial reports related to daily sales and event revenue. Coordinate with vendors for supplies, entertainment bookings, and promotional activities to enhance the club's offerings. Write detailed reports on club performance, incident logs, event outcomes, and staff evaluations to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Proven experience in nightclub management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in shift management, cash handling, and report writing within restaurant or resort settings. Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to nightlife venues and hospitality establishments. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a nightclub or similar entertainment venue is highly desirable.
