Clubhouse Attendant

From coordinating activities to handling guest inquiries, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional hospitality that keeps guests coming back excited for more! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Manage and coordinate clubhouse events, including parties, tournaments, and community activities Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Oversee food service operations, including taking orders, serving refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness Assist with lifeguard duties when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed at pool areas Manage cash handling duties accurately during events or concessions sales Support working with children by supervising activities and ensuring their safety during recreational programs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facilities and equipment Communicate effectively with team members and guests through public speaking or announcements when needed Experience Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Proven customer service background with excellent guest services skills Experience in food service or resort environments preferred Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified Ability to work well with children and manage recreational activities confidently Comfortable with public speaking for announcements or event coordination Knowledge of theater or entertainment settings is beneficial but not required Join us in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
