Lake Erie Crushers (Frontier League Baseball) & Lorain County Leviathan FC (USL League 2) Position Summary Forefront Field is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations for both the Lake Erie Crushers and Lorain County Leviathan FC . This role is critical in ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for players, coaches, and staff across both organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sports environment and takes pride in operational excellence and team support. Key Responsibilities Clubhouse Operations Manage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse at Forefront Field for both teams Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of locker rooms, training areas, and storage spaces Coordinate locker room setup for games, practices, and special events Oversee laundry operations, including uniforms, practice gear, and towels Team Support & Coordination Serve as primary clubhouse liaison between team staff, coaches, and front office Assist with equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and ordering Ensure timely preparation for home games, practices, and visiting teams Support player needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Inventory & Equipment Management Track, store, and organize team equipment and apparel Work with team operations staff on uniform issuance and returns Monitor supplies and submit purchase requests as needed Game Day & Event Responsibilities Prepare clubhouses for home games and visiting teams Be present on game days to address clubhouse needs and troubleshoot issues Assist with post-game breakdown and reset Facility Standards & Compliance Uphold league, team, and facility standards at all times Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of clubhouse facilities Report maintenance or facility issues promptly Qualifications Previous experience in sports operations, clubhouse management, equipment management, or facility operations preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by game schedules Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Passion for sports and team-oriented environments Work Environment Fast-paced, hands-on role in a professional sports setting Seasonal workload that increases during baseball and soccer seasons Requires flexibility and availability during games, practices, and special events Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work closely with professional and semi-professional athletes and staff Unique experience across two sports organizations at a shared facility Keywords microsoft-forefront maintenance-repair-and-operations-mro clubs-organizations training-certification education-training training-and-development distribution-and-storage policies-and-practices trade-shows-events uniforms-workwear warehousing-and-distribution payouts troubleshooting compliance environment-health-and-safety-hsse time-and-attendance time-management holidays-seasonal-events lift-and-shift ecology-environment
