Night Kitchen Manager:

The Rush Inn Bar & Grille - Avon The Rush Inn Bar & Grille is looking for an experienced Night Kitchen Manager to join our team! We're seeking a dependable, hardworking leader to work closely with our Head Kitchen Manager and help keep our kitchen running smoothly during evening operations. Position Responsibilities Oversee nightly kitchen operations and staff Work directly with the Head Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth service Responsible for closing the kitchen 5 nights per week Maintain high food quality and consistency standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance Assist with line cooking and food prep as needed Help maintain a clean, efficient, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications:
