Responsibilities Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care Transportation if needed Obtains and records patient's vitals Incontinence Care Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Linen Changes Laundry Companionship Medication Reminders Requirements Current, valid state certification and in good standing. Successful completion of a nursing assistant program. Certified CPR Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
