Betty Dare - Alamogordo, NM Job Summary Betty Dare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated care team. In this vital role, you will provide hands-on support to residents in a warm, community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Respond to call lights and provide prompt, respectful assistance to residents Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe care environment Support safe transfers and mobility using proper lifting techniques Accurately document care in electronic health records (e.g., Cerner) Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team Provide specialized support to residents in memory care or other focused areas, as needed Qualifications Active CNA certification in New Mexico Previous experience in long-term care, acute care, or home health is a plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Familiarity with EHR systems a bonus Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centered care Why Work at Betty Dare?
