You'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities (Summary): Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff Accurately document care, vitals, and observations Support meal service, hydration, and after-meal care Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all safety and infection control policies Promote a calm, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:
