Job Summary:

Eastern Star Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our part-time team in Oriskany, NY. As a CNA, you will provide routine, daily nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and ambulating Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to Charge Nurses and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote mental and emotional well-being Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Demonstrate a commitment to building a supportive work environment and maintaining a positive attitude at work

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Current Nursing Assistant certification Ability to perform lifting, bending, and stretching without limitations Demonstrated reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
