Competitive Pay:

Pay between $12

• 16 per hour (based on level of experience/ability, and availability) Monthly incentive programs.

Access to benefits (vision, dental, disability, accident, etc). A lucrative on-call program that pays a minimum guaranteed amount of $50 just for being on-call (on-call = available and ready to go if we need you) during a designated period of time. If you are called to work, you make above and beyond the guaranteed amount.

Early payroll access:

• Level 2 Background Check
• At least one year of work-related experience
• Must be able to provide work references
• For Personal Care clients, evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written and practical)
• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of residence in the United States
• Current CPR card is required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance & dependable vehicle
