Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team in Kernersville. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC woodworking machines used to manufacture cabinetry and closet components. We're seeking dependable candidates with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment Load machine programs and adjust settings as needed Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met Read work orders, shop drawings, and CAD/CAM files Change tooling and perform machine calibrations Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures Equipment Used CNC Routers Edge Banders Panel Saws Machining Centers Qualifications Previous CNC machine operating experience required Woodworking or cabinetry manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and production drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment #DHIR26
