Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K About the Role We are looking for a CNC Machinist / Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. This is a hands-on position w you'll be working with CNC mills and/or lathes, reading blues, and ensuring parts meet specifications. If you enjoy working on the shop floor, running machines, and producing quality work, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) Load and unload materials into machines Run CNC programs and make adjustments as needed Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth performance Inspect finished parts using tools like calipers and micrometers Read and interpret blues and specifications Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.) Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger problems Keep accurate production logs and quality records Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work area Follow all safety and quality standards What We're Looking For

Required:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of CNC machining or machine operation experience Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes Ability to read blues and use measuring tools Basic knowledge of machining and mechanical processes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
