Job Description

We re skilled CNC Machinists with experience programming, setting up, and operating 2-axis CNC lathe machines using incremental programming. If you can read blueprints, perform setups, edit programs, inspect precision parts, and keep production running efficiently, we want to hear from you! $62,400 - $79,040 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Program 2-axis CNC lathe machines using incremental programming methods Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and work offsets for production runs Operate CNC lathes safely and efficiently to produce precision machined parts Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed during production Perform tool offsets, tool changes, and machine adjustments Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine performance and maintain dimensional accuracy throughout production Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements Maintain production records and complete required documentation Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesSkillsCNCQualificationsYears of experience: 4 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
