Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate and program CNC milling machines and lathes equipped with Haas and Fanuc controls Interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools to produce high-quality finished parts Collaborate with team members to modify or improve existing designs Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the machining process

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous metalworking or machining experience Strong problem-solving and critical‑thinking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in work habits Proficient use of tape measures, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pneumatic tools, etc. Able to independently set up and operate machining centers Experienced with drills, lathes, milling equipment, and computer-based machine interfaces Understanding of axis motion (X, Y, Z), spindle speed and direction, tool changes, and machining fundamentals Ability to lift or move up to 60 lbs. Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain it
