Shift Manager (PIC) - Jimmy Johns

Overview We are looking for an ambitious individual to manage shifts at a Jimmy John's. This is a long standing location with a core group of capable and well trained employees. We are a family owned franchise and take pride in the mentorship and development of our staff. We started from hourly in-shop workers and grew into franchisees, because of this we prioritize helping people grow and develop and providing growth opportunities to elevate our teams to the next level. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and kitchen management Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Handle cash management, POS transactions and daily back of house tasks Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours Implement and monitor food production processes, including catering and banquet services when applicable Execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business Oversee hiring processes including interviewing and onboarding new team members Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth Experience Experience in the foodservice industry with a history of management positions. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen management practices Experience with POS systems and back of house processes Leadership skills with a focus on staff training & development, team management, and customer service excellence This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to continue to grow and develop themselves, as well as a team of employees that have a track record of consistency and reliability. Pay:

From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
