Whether your expertise is in milling or turning, you will play a critical role in bringing precision designs to life. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and (depending on experience) programming of high-end CNC equipment to meet exacting tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings.
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool/insert adjustments.
• Monitor tool wear and optimize setups to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and quality standards. State-of-the-Art Facility
• Our client's shop floor is equipped with a wide array of high-spec machinery, including:

• Milling:

  4-axis and 5-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers.

• Turning:

  Multi-axis turning centers with live tooling, sub-spindles, and automated bar feeders.

• Fabrication & Support:

  Automated laser and waterjet systems, CNC routers, and high-spec TIG/MIG welding units.

• Climate-Controlled QC Lab:

  Featuring CMMs (DCC), optical comparators, and a full suite of precision gauging. Apply now! What We're Looking For

• Experience:

  3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (Mill, Lathe, or both).

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in G-code programming and independent machine setup.

• Precision:

  Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, and holding tight tolerances.

Reliability:
