CNC Machinist - Weekend Night Shift

Weekend night shift. Pay Level is Dependent on Experience and ability. Large Shift Premium & Sign-on Bonus, too! SUMMARY Can you operate CNC Mills and Lathes and do all the Quality checks to produce precision machined metal parts in automated CNC Machine shop environment. Weekend Shift is 3 -12 hour workdays; Night Shift 6pm - 6am Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Acquire parts to be machined (forklift/pallet jack) Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements. Machine parts to required specifications. Tight tolerance work. Track quality (SPC) Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications, make adjustments based upon quality data. Move parts to designated areas. Replace worn tooling as needed. Remove and return tooling when job is complete. Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency. Work within OSHA and ISO standards Follow established safety procedures. Perform daily preventative maintenance and machine cleaning duties. Perform daily housekeeping duties for the building. EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; and 2+ years of related experience.
