Job Description:

Lead new product introduction (NPI) efforts and manage current production work simultaneously Create, modify, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining processes Program CNC mills and lathes (3-9 axis) utilizing MasterCAM software Perform first runs on new product introductions to ensure quality and accuracy Design and develop tooling and fixtures using Inventor CAD software Proficiency in MasterCAM is required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T documentation is essential BSME preferred but not required Experience with Inventor design software preferred; open to candidates proficient in other 3D CAD platforms Aerospace machining experience is highly preferred Company specializes in machined parts for the aerospace and military sectors Fast growing company conducts business around the globe Newly created position with opportunity for advancement!
