We build and maintain high-quality molds for production environments and are looking to add skilled and motivated people to our team. Responsibilities Build, repair, and modify injection molds (single & multi-cavity) Interpret mold designs, prints, and CAD data Perform precision bench work (fitting, spotting, polishing, troubleshooting) Machine components using CNC and manual equipment as needed Assemble, disassemble, and debug molds Troubleshoot mold performance issues (flash, sticking, wear, venting, etc.) Work closely with engineering and production teams Maintain clean, organized work practices Requirements 5+ years experience CNC milling (preferred) Experience programming using Mastercam Ability to read and understand detailed prints Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Nice to Have (Not Required) Injection mold building experience EDM experience (wire or sinker) Mold design or CAD experience (Solidworks) Apprenticeship or formal toolmaker training What We Offer Competitive pay based on skill and experience Stable, long-term position in a growing shop Modern equipment and a clean work environment Respect for craftsmanship—your input matters here Opportunity to grow with the company 401K with company match PTO and paid holidays Periodic performance based bonuses
