Job Description

Role Summary As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining our standards of excellence.

  • Friday | 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm
Pay Range:
$16.00
  • $19.
00/hour, depending on experience plus, $2.00/hour shift premium
Work Location:
MC (905 S Jackson St, Mount Carroll, IL 61053)
Reports To:
Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications Ensure all items meet our strict quality control requirements Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments Interpret blueprints and use basic measuring instruments Complete all necessary documents accurately and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with 5S standards Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Competencies Ability to follow and interpret verbal and written work instructions Ability to take initiative, demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without supervision Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with team members and internal customers Ability to read and understand blueprints Proficiency in basic computer and mathematical skills. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous industrial manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Demonstrated steady work history with minimal employment gaps History of reliable attendance record and punctuality
