What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision plastic components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous CNC operating experience required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent preferred
