Opportunity:

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to process and shape materials into precision products of solid surface and other materials. This is an operator-only role focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Measure finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform required machining functions
• Review work instructions and drawings to determine machine operations and sequencing
• Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments as needed
• Maintain machines and replace broken or worn tools
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and the Safety AWAIR program
• Perform other related duties as assigned by manager within scope of practice. What makes you a great fit:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of CNC operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CAD software programs and CAM software programs.
