Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high‑quality components. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and confidently interprets blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting exact specifications while operating CNC equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts as per engineering specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes and material requirements. Set up tooling, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and machine readiness. Monitor machining operations and verify part dimensions to ensure quality and perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues. Handle raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Work collaboratively with production and project manager teams to meet schedules, productivity goals, and quality standards. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications. Working knowledge of tooling setups, fixture alignment, and machining adjustments. Experience using hand tools and performing basic measurements and inspections. High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, repeatable parts. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced production setting. Comfort working around machinery, dust, noise, and material handling equipment.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
