Dual-Facility Production Associate

As a Dual-Facility Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and operating various types of machinery across our regional manufacturing facilities. This role requires reporting directly to one of two local facilities depending on the production schedule . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilize diverse equipment, and contribute to the production of high-quality retail millwork and custom displays.

Responsibilities:

Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Report directly to your assigned facility for the day as dictated by the weekly production schedule. Maintain flexibility to shift labor focus between the two locations based on scheduled company needs.

Primary deployment is divided between our main production facility in North Bonneville, WA and our secondary facility located in Stevenson, WA.

Commute:

Employees will be notified of their facility assignment ahead of time and will report directly to that specific location at the start of their shift. No mid-shift travel between plants is required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects Reliable personal transportation to ensure dependable attendance at both assigned local work sites.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
