What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate multiple CNC lathes in accordance with production specifications. Monitor machine operations to identify any malfunctions or errors promptly. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm product dimensions. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines to maintain consistent quality and prevent downtime. Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs accurately. Confirm tooling, materials, and operational parameters to ensure reliable unattended machine performance. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or in a comparable role is highly valued. Ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs is essential.
