Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of beverages Upsell menu items by recommending specialty cocktails, wine pairings, or premium spirits to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve drinks efficiently while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed Manage cash handling accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and provide correct change Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized interactions, and prompt resolution of any concerns Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and payment processing Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm fuels unforgettable guest moments!
