The barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized coffee station, and providing excellent service to guests in a fast-paced professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in craft beverages, and works well as part of a team. Pay $19-$22 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso beverages, drip coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to house standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station at all times Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Restock milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other café supplies throughout the shift Assist with light food service such as pastries or grab-and-go items when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support teammates during busy service periods Qualifications Previous barista or café experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Friendly, professional communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Dependable and punctual Schedule Early morning and daytime shifts available. Typical operating hours are morning through mid-afternoon, Monday through Friday.
