Your expertise will help streamline the repair process, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of automotive service. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with technicians, insurance companies, and customers to deliver exceptional collision repair solutions. Duties Evaluate vehicle damage through thorough inspections and detailed assessments Prepare precise auto estimating reports using industry-standard software (CCC) Communicate repair estimates clearly to customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians Coordinate with mechanics and body shop staff to ensure timely repairs and quality workmanship Assist customers in understanding repair procedures and upselling additional services such as alignments, tire services, or oil changes Manage service writing tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation of all estimates and repairs Handle cash transactions and process payments securely during the estimation process Stay informed about automotive repair techniques including transmissions, suspension, brakes, diesel engine repairs, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and other mechanical components Experience Familiarity with auto estimating software and auto body repair processes essential Customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and upselling techniques minimum 1 year experience
