Job Summary This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth in the HVAC industry. The HVAC Comfort Advisor plays a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service and expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Consultation:

Engage with potential customers to understand their HVAC requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Needs Assessment:

Evaluate customers' existing HVAC systems, identify shortcomings or inefficiencies, and determine their comfort goals.

Solution Recommendation:

Provide expert advice and recommend appropriate HVAC products, systems, and services to meet customers' needs.

System Design:

Able to design and develop customized HVAC system designs based on customers' requirements.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance.

Proposal Creation:

Generate comprehensive proposals and presentations outlining recommended HVAC solutions, including equipment specifications, energy efficiency ratings, and associated costs.

Sales and Negotiation:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of recommended HVAC systems and services, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities, and provide regular reports to management. Experience EPA Certification required Minimum of 5 years in HVAC Sales/ Comfort Advisor Key Competencies Written and verbal communication skills Positive customer service and logical problem-solving skills Honest and dependable Refined trade skill set • Qualifications Be clean cut Well spoken Clean driving record Pass criminal background check Pass drug screening
