Commercial Business Development Representative Signage & Graphics (1099 / Commission Only)

Job description Signarama Buffalo Grove / Signs of Chicago is looking for a motivated outside sales representative to help grow our commercial signage business throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with complete flexibility and autonomy. No set hours. No micromanagement. Unlimited earning potential. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads. Previous sign industry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right, motivated candidate. What We Do We are a full-service sign company specializing in: Interior & exterior signage Illuminated signs & channel letters Monument signs ADA & wayfinding signage Wall graphics & vinyl Commercial rebranding projects Fabrication, permitting, and installation Compensation 1099 independent contractor Commission only 8% commission on gross sales Paid on collected invoices Unlimited earning potential Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities Build relationships with commercial clients Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals Schedule meetings and site visits Coordinate with our estimating and production team Follow up on leads and opportunities Help grow long-term client relationships Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation B2B sales experience preferred Experience in the following industries is a plus: Commercial real estate Construction Property management Hospitality Retail Printing or graphics About UsSignarama Buffalo Grove is a growing full-service sign company with in-house production capabilities including flatbed printing, CNC routing, fabrication, and installation.
