SMALL office building in Abbeville, LA to be cleaned two days a week, $14 p/h ($120 month). Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Clean carpets efficiently using specialized carpet cleaning equipment to remove stains and dirt buildup Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning practices to promote a healthy workspace Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply usage to ensure accountability and efficiency Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures Expertise in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors Skilled in carpet cleaning methods such as steam cleaning or extraction techniques Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work on your feet for extended periods Join us in creating clean, safe environments that inspire productivity and well-being!
