What you'll be doing Cleaning and maintaining commercial properties throughout the Northern Neck to a high, professional standard — floors, restrooms, common areas, kitchens, windows, and more. You'll manage your route, represent our company at client sites, and take ownership of every space you walk out of. What we're looking for You're punctual. Not "usually on time" — actually on time, every time. You're professional in how you present yourself and how you work. You catch the things other people miss, you don't need someone standing over you, and when you commit to a shift, you show up for it. You also have your own reliable vehicle and a valid Virginia driver's license — because you'll be driving yourself to job sites and we reimburse every mile. What you get Competitive pay

Must pass a Virginia criminal background check and initial drug screening, with the possibility of random screenings during employment.
