Commercial Cleaning Professional-Part Time EVENINGS only

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive atmosphere for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Execute custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked. Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance is advantageous. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 20 pounds. (Dumping trash) Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
