At Sort of Stephanie , we're hiring a Commercial Cleaning Assistant —a dependable, go-to team member who helps keep our operations running smoothly when coverage is needed. This is a high-priority role with guaranteed hours, higher pay, with job security $19.00/hour starting pay 20-27 GUARANTEED hours every week Paid travel time if more than one location is visited in a day Opportunity to grow into lead or supervisor roles

What You'll Do:

Fill in at different commercial cleaning locations as needed Cover call-offs and schedule gaps Follow detailed cleaning checklists at each site Maintain high-quality standards across all buildings Deliver supplies to jobsites when needed Be ready to adapt— no two days are exactly the same

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
