None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader at the La Vida Llena site, supporting the primary Superintendent in delivering high-stakes commercial excellence. This role empowers you to manage diverse subcontractor teams while ensuring that every detail of the build meets the rigorous standards of RCP Construction LLC. Your leadership will be the bridge between complex project schedules and the successful, safe execution of daily site operations. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractor teams to maintain seamless workflow and project momentum. Execute quality control inspections on daily work to ensure total alignment with architectural plans and specifications. Supervise the safe operation of tools and machinery while strictly enforcing site-wide safety protocols. Formulate weekly updates for the construction schedule to provide leadership with clear project transparency. Manage material procurement and purchase miscellaneous supplies to prevent any logistical delays in the field. Direct site cleanliness initiatives to ensure halls and carpets remain professional and dust-free at all times. Review subcontractor performance daily to hold teams accountable for production goals and end-of-day cleanup. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven leadership experience in a supervisor or lead capacity within the commercial construction industry. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a proactive and punctual presence. Strong organizational skills necessary for documenting project status and reporting to senior site leadership. Demonstrated ability to interpret commercial blueprints and technical project documentation accurately. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to enhance communication with diverse field crews. Technical experience using Microsoft Project or Procore for schedule management and field reporting.
