• Heavy Construction / Specialized Hauling Extreme Steel Crane & Rigging, LLC Marshall, VA Full-Time Position Overview Extreme Steel Crane & Rigging is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for heavy construction and specialized hauling operations.

This position involves transporting and securing a wide variety of equipment including crane components, rigging gear, industrial mechanical equipment, construction materials, and oversized loads. We are looking for dependable drivers who can follow procedures, communicate clearly, and operate safely in fast-paced construction environments. Responsibilities Transport crane equipment, rigging gear, and industrial machinery Properly secure a wide range of loads using chains, straps, binders, and other securement methods Follow dispatch instructions, route planning, and jobsite procedures Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch and field personnel throughout the workday Take and send photos from jobsites and deliveries using a smartphone Assist with loading/unloading coordination as needed Operate safely around active construction sites and heavy equipment Requirements Valid CDL Class A License Experience hauling heavy construction or industrial equipment preferred Strong understanding of load securement practices Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable using a smartphone to send texts and photos Clean driving record preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed Preferred Experience Crane or rigging industry experience Oversize load experience Flatbed, lowboy, or specialized trailer experience Familiarity with construction jobsites Benefits Competitive Pay Overtime Opportunities Health Benefits Paid Time Off Opportunity to grow within a specialized heavy haul and crane company Apply today to join a fast-growing crane and rigging company working on major commercial, industrial, and data center projects throughout the region.
