Commercial HVAC Piping Foreman

Mechanical HVAC Services is looking for an experienced Piping Foreman to lead our commercial installation projects. We are looking for a "working lead" who knows how to run a crew and get the job done right. Job Overview As the Foreman, you will lead a team of pipefitters on commercial job sites. You'll be responsible for reading the prints, managing the guys, and making sure the piping systems are installed correctly and on time. What You'll Do Lead the

Crew:

Supervise pipefitters and helpers. Assign daily tasks and keep the project moving.

Install Systems:

Lead and assist the installation of chilled water, hot water, gas piping, and refrigerant piping.

Read Blueprints:

Follow mechanical drawings and specs without needing hand-holding.

Hands-on Work:

Perform welding, brazing, soldering, and Victaulic/ProPress, MegaPress, and RLS piping.

Order Materials:

Stay ahead of the job by tracking materials so the crew doesn't run out.

Safety:

Make sure the site is safe and the team follows OSHA rules.

Requirements Experience:

At least 3-5 years in commercial HVAC piping. You must have at least 2 years of experience leading a crew.

Pipe Skills:

You must be an expert in steel, copper, and PVC joining.

License:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Certifications:

OSHA 30 is a plus (or be willing to get it). Why Join Us?
