Responsibilities:

Rough-in thermostats/controls for various HVAC equipment, including but not limited to RTU's, Split Systems, VRF Systems, Exhaust Fans, Heaters, etc. Perform Start-ups on RTU's, Split Systems, VRF Systems, Exhaust Fans, Heaters, etc. Complete Start-up Reports for all equipment using online ZOHO portal. Perform Warranty troubleshooting and making repairs on newly installed HVAC equipment. Complete detailed reports on Warranty Calls (Must be able to describe in detail your findings, order parts if necessary and offer recommendations). Must be able to work on rotating schedule; every 6 weeks. Must be able to work 40+ hours. Overtime is available weekly and is encouraged.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Must provide own hand tools, impact drill & refrigerant gauges (Airco will provide Vacuum Machine, Recover Machine, Recovery Tanks, Nitrogen, Oxygen/ Acetylene Tanks). Must have EPA 608 license. Be able to pass Drivers Background Check. Be able to pass Criminal Background Check. Good communication and documentation skills .
