Experienced Mechanical Insulators & Mechanical Foremen Easton, Maryland We are hiring experienced commercial insulation mechanics for prevailing wage work in Easton, MD.
Journeyman Insulator Compensation:
Prevailing Wage Take Home:
$49.62/hr. after 3.5% dues
Total Package:
$58.71/hr. $49.62 Wage $7.29 Fringe ✅
Benefits Include:
PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Dental & Vision Coverage Single Plan:
$300 deductible $2,000 max out-of-pocket 80/20 coinsurance
Family Plan:
$600 deductible $4,600 max out-of-pocket 80/20 coinsurance
Health Coverage Eligibility:
130 hours worked in first month coverage begins 3rd month OR 260 hours worked over 2 months coverage begins 4th month
Additional Benefits:
✔ 9 Paid Holidays ✔ 7 Accrued PTO Days ✔ $500
Savings Benefit Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of insulation experience Valid Driver's License Willing to work on other side of
