Commercial Kitchen Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality service and repair for commercial kitchen equipment to ensure that all appliances operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are hiring for positions in Fayetteville, AR, and Little Rock, AR.

• Duties:

• Perform field service and repair on various kitchen equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to accurately identify problems.
• Operate a box truck for the delivery and transportation of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to schedule service appointments and communicate repair processes.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in kitchen equipment technology.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician in kitchen equipment or appliance repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Preferred
• 2-5 years of hot and cold commercial kitchen appliance repair experience.

2-5 years of HVAC/R experience.
