$35-$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Up to 60 hours per week
Travel:
Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona Per Diem:
$46/day (meals) + company-provided lodging

Contract-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Blade Repair Technicians to oversee wind turbine blade repair projects across multiple sites in the Southwest. This role is responsible for leading crews, ensuring high-quality composite repairs, and maintaining strict safety standards. This is a long-term, high-hour opportunity with year-round steady work. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of up to 5 blade repair technicians Perform advanced composite blade repairs, including fiberglass and resin work Inspect turbine blades for damage and determine repair strategies Ensure all repairs meet OEM and MCE project specifications Maintain daily reports, documentation, and quality control records Enforce safety procedures and ensure full compliance with site requirements Coordinate with project managers and site leadership to meet deadlines Requirements 3+ years of wind turbine blade repair experience Proven leadership or crew supervision experience Strong knowledge of composite repair techniques and materials Ability to travel extensively and work long hours (up to 60/week) Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments If you are a skilled Blade Repair Technician ready to step into a leadership role and take on steady, high-hour projects, we encourage you to apply today. #Skilltravel
