Key Responsibilities Installation & Technical Execution System Installation:

Install standing seam, R-panel, and ACM siding systems according to manufacturer specifications and project blueprints.

Flashing & Trim:

Fabricate and install flashing, valleys, and drip edges with precision to ensure a weather-tight finish.

Component Precision:

Measure, cut, add layout and fit panels accurately, ensuring clean alignments and professional-grade seams.

Building Envelope:

Install underlayment, insulation, and vapor barriers, ensuring all systems are integrated correctly.

Site Standards & Safety Project Accuracy:

Interpret architectural drawings and installation plans to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.

Safety First:

Maintain a clean, safe job site. Must be comfortable working at heights and following established fall-protection protocols.

Operational Readiness:

Safely operate and maintain specialized tools, including power shears, brakes, and seamers.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project timelines while maintaining our standard of work.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial metal roofing and siding.

Technical Proficiency:

A proven ability to read blueprints and manage complex flashing details.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time and working productively throughout the shift.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in varied weather, and perform tasks at significant heights.

Tool Proficiency:

Owns a standard set of professional hand tools.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
