Commercial Roofing Laborer

Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Apply waterproof coatings with hand brushes Prepare job sites by setting up safety barriers, and materials for efficient workflow Perform heavy lifting of materials Apply caulking, sealants, and other waterproofing materials to ensure roof integrity Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed for roof structures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly Experience Previous construction site experience with a focus on roofing or related trades preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment required Knowledge of roofing materials such as coatings, insulations, and membrane systems beneficial Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights comfortably MUST have valid REAL ID, pass government background check and drug screening, OSHA 10, and reliable transportation

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
