Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including siding and shingle roofing with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites Prepare surfaces by framing, metal stud framing, or masonry work to ensure proper roofing installation Apply caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, or welding techniques as needed for seamless finishes and weatherproofing Perform demolition or restoration work on existing roofs or structures to prepare for new installations Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to meet safety standards and client specifications Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for roofing projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting equipment Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing and construction Skilled in various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, welding, tile laying, and framing Familiarity with roofing materials such as shingles, metal siding, stucco finishes, and roofing membranes Ability to perform remodeling tasks or handyman repairs on commercial buildings Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems related to roof ventilation or drainage is a plus Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights on scaffolds or ladders Experience with fabrication or concrete forming techniques relevant to custom roofing solutions Understanding of safety protocols for construction sites including fall protection and equipment handling Join us in creating resilient roofs that stand the test of time!
