Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Tradesman to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trade-specific tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities Perform diverse construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, kitchen remodels with attention to detail Operate power tools, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on various job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution Assist with construction project management tasks as needed to support project timelines and budgets Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, and perform restoration or remodeling work Apply skills in caulking, plastering, concrete forming, masonry, and other specialized trades to meet project requirements Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution Extensive experience with construction management practices and construction site safety protocols Strong knowledge of construction quality control measures Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, roofing techniques, masonry work, and concrete finishing Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and grinders; Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship This role is ideal for dedicated tradespeople eager to showcase their expertise across multiple disciplines while contributing to impactful construction projects.
