SENIOR ESTIMATOR / ESTIMATING LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead estimating for commercial roofing and related projects ✅ Own bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, and proposal development ✅ Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless handoffs ✅ Mentor and develop our junior estimator (currently learning fast) ✅ Analyze job costs, support margin protection, track financial performance ✅ Improve estimating processes, tools, and templates as part of system growth ✅ Assist in building client relationships and growing the pipeline
