Full-TimePOSITION SUMMARY
The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for providing tire-related services both in-store and at customer locations. This includes mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and roadside assistance for commercial and light-duty vehicles. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, technical accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver top-tier service to customers through timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and proactive communication. Perform all tire-related services (mounting, dismounting, fleet checks, pressure adjustments, and repairs) on-site or at customer locations. Respond to after-hours and on-call roadside service requests as scheduled. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, operate company vehicles, and maintain compliance with DOT and ELD requirements. Operate tools and equipment such as impact guns, air compressors, hub-cap hammers, and boom trucks safely and effectively. Ability to look up fluid volumes for tire size. Accurately complete work orders, service tickets, and invoices, while verifying customer credit and making necessary billing adjustments. Assist in inventory management by using company software systems (e.g., Toolbox, Basys) including scanning, transferring, and returning items. Initiates purchase orders for parts, assists with updating information on the computer and maintains records/files for follow-up. Document fleet inspections, casing write-ups, barcode scanning, and all account-required images or forms. How to check a bar code and explain the screen. Maintain vehicle appearance, safety materials, and fuel receipts for company processing. Ensure lug nuts are tightened to proper torque specifications. Match tire sets correctly, ensuring proper placement and wear alignment. Other duties as assigned.COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

- Required Valid driver s license with insurable driving record Minimum age requirement: 18 years. DOT Driver Qualification file (q-file) and Medical Certification TIA Certification High School Diploma or GED (preferred)COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
