Estimator - Commercial Ceramic Tile Flooring, Marble and Granite. Well established commercial tile contractor is seeking a highly motivated project estimator. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Estimating experience 2 years minimum Possess strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient with digital estimating software (preferably Bluebeam) Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, specs, addenda and RFI's Strong analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Effectively manage day-to-day interaction with high profile clients, general contractors, sales and office personnel High attention to detail, follow up and extraordinary customer service Ability to quickly learn and master new skills Competitive salary that will commensurate with experience Benefits available after 3 months
